Arsenal beat Chelsea 5-0 in Premier League

Gunners move clear at the top of the league

Arsenal beat Chelsea 5-0 in the Premier League on Tuesday night, moving clear at the top of the league.

The Gunners were in dominant form throughout the match, with Bukayo Saka scoring twice and Gabriel Martinelli, Eddie Nketiah and Martin Odegaard also on target.

It was Arsenal's biggest ever win over Chelsea, and it moved them five points clear of Manchester City at the top of the table.

Chelsea, meanwhile, remain fourth in the table, but they are now 10 points behind Arsenal.

Saka's brace helps Arsenal to victory

Saka was the star of the show for Arsenal, scoring twice in the first half to give the Gunners a comfortable lead.

The England international opened the scoring in the 16th minute, when he fired home a low shot from the edge of the area.

He then doubled Arsenal's lead in the 24th minute, when he headed home a cross from Kieran Tierney.

Martinelli, Nketiah and Odegaard also on target

Martinelli made it 3-0 to Arsenal in the 56th minute, when he finished off a neat move involving Saka and Odegaard.

Nketiah then added a fourth goal for the Gunners in the 79th minute, when he tapped home a cross from substitute Fábio Vieira.

And Odegaard completed the scoring in the 89th minute, when he curled home a free-kick.

Arsenal move clear at the top of the table

Arsenal's victory over Chelsea moved them five points clear of Manchester City at the top of the Premier League table.

The Gunners have now won six of their last seven league games, and they are in pole position to win their first Premier League title since 2004.

Chelsea, meanwhile, remain fourth in the table, but they are now 10 points behind Arsenal.

The Blues have won just two of their last six league games, and they are in danger of missing out on a Champions League place.
