Smoking, Drinking, and Safety Age Restrictions
Smoking is permitted in designated areas only, and all staterooms are non-smoking. Drinking alcohol is allowed for guests 21 and older with a valid photo ID. The legal drinking age on Carnival cruise ships is 21. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. Children under the age of 12 are not allowed in the casinos or bars.
Cruise Ticket Contract and Code of Conduct
When you purchase a Carnival cruise ticket, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of the cruise ticket contract. The cruise ticket contract includes important information about the cruise, including the itinerary, the ship, the departure and arrival times, the cancellation policy, and the refund policy.
